Not only physical condition but also mental condition should be maintained for every person. So let's discuss.

What do you understand by HealthyLifestyle?

Apart from the absence of disease or weakness, I believe that health also includes a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.In other words, we must understand a few things before we can discuss living a healthy lifestyle, such as social activities, preventative healthcare, exercise, diet, and our interaction with the environment.Even small changes to our daily schedules can have a big impact on leading a normal and healthy existence.We overlook how important basic things like eating well, getting enough sleep, and maintaining personal hygiene are to living a healthy lifesun.

Why is it so important for all of us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It will be beneficial for health. Not only that, these habits help improve physical fitness, but also benefit cognitive and mental well-being. Let's find out.

Sleep:The first condition for good health is regular sleep. There is no substitute for good sleep. The health of the body and mind depends on getting enough sleep. Good sleep is necessary to recover from all the physical and mental fatigue of the day and to regain yourself energetically the next day. Experts say that every healthy person needs to sleep at least seven to nine hours a night. Sleep problems will make you tired and reduce performance. So sleep well.

Drink water:Water is an essential element for the body. If you suffer from any of these, weight gain, sleep problems, headaches, fatigue, then the first thing you need to do is drink plenty of water. But how much? A healthy individual can consume two to three liters of water per day, according to experts.

Regular food :Eat food, but not too much. This may be something you've heard or read a lot. We know that overeating can disrupt physical and mental activities. Researchers say, eat frequently but eat little by little. And eat more vegetables.Avoid packaged or processed foods . Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat beans, peas, nuts, fish, chicken

Go out in the sun:Go out in the sun. However, this is a bit controversial. Some say that staying in the sun for too long can burn the skin.Furthermore, a lot of people think that skin cancer might be brought on by the sun's UV radiation . On the other hand, the other side says that if you don't go near the sun, everything in the body starts to deteriorate.

Avoid harmful habits:Avoiding smoking, alcohol, and junk food does not cause long-term dangerous health complications.

Most people's idea of ​​health is usually body-centered. Any problem or illness in the body is given more importance. Therefore, health in most cases means physical health. Physical well-being is considered good health and physical problems or problems are considered illness.The World Health Organization, however, defines health as a state of well-being that encompasses a proper balance of the three: social, mental, and physical.

A person with a healthy body but experiencing mental stress or social isolation cannot be said to be completely healthy. A balanced approach to social, mental and physical health allows us to live a better quality of life and reach our full potential in life.

Hola @kikonmia, muchas gracias por la mención. Me gustó tu post, tiene una visión simple de entender, lo cual es necesario para que quienes lo lean entiendan claramente el mensaje.

Hay sólo una acotación, y tiene que ver con la alimentación, según lo que he podido ver y estudiar, e incluso, experimentar, no es necesario comer con frecuencia, en realidad creao que es mejor lo contrario.

El ayuno es algo importante para nuestro cuerpo, ya que le exige menos energía para que realice el proceso de digestión constantemente, adicional a esto, enseñamos a nuestro cuerpo a usar las grasas para poder funcionar y no ser tan dependiente de la glucosa en términos energéticos.

Esto es un tema complejo desde lo metabólico, pero es interesante. SALUDOS. Quizás participe en el concurso y me enfoque en esto que te dejo en el comentario.
