After this , it is taken into a centrifugal machine which moves in a circular direction . The test tube is kept and the machine is started . after some minutes , due to the action of centrifual force , the test tube form a 3 stage layer .

The top 55% denotes plasma :
It is colourless fluid present in a blood, lymps or milk that contains some suspended parts of fat globules or corpuscles . The plasma has a 90% of water . It interesting because , the major part of blood is plasma and the major part of plasma is water .
So there is saying where you should be hydrated every time and eradicate the stages of dehydration .The 8% includes the protein (eg. the albumin , fibrinogen-clotting factor, Antibody ) . The rest 2% happens to take place by the Hormones ,Nutrition and electrolytes. The middle or tiny white layer <1% denotes White Blood cells :
The Important and cellular parts of our blood ; White blood cells and platelets .
The lower part 45% denotes the Red blood cells :
It's the most dense layer of blood and These red blood cells includes the red part Haemoglobin(protein) .This Red blood cells gives the hematocrit level. Generally calculated as
Hematocrit level = Volume of red blood cells/Total volume .
