Fun, Sex once a week Make Longevity
Couples who make love once a week, longer life
Many assumptions, sex makes you young, healthy, stress relievers to make someone live longer. Is it true? This is the answer, quoted from maxim.com.
There is a study recently published in the medical journal Psychoneuroendocrinology. The study was conducted by a group of researchers headed by Tomás Cabeza.
They compared long strands of DNA protective agents, called telomers in 129 women who were in a relationship.
The goal is to get a picture of their life expectancy.
We need to understand first, what is telomeres. Telomeres are the main focus of this research, because they are reliable for measuring health.
Because, the more age, the strands of telomeres in the body will grow shorter. The shorter the size of telomeres, the likelihood of developing degenerative diseases will be higher and death more quickly.
So in general, telomeres show how old you are and also how much the risk of dying faster.
Then the scientists also examined the satisfaction in the relationship for each participant. Among these are stress levels and week-long stories about support from spouses, conflict, and intimacy (sex).
The results show that, despite factors such as stress levels and relationship quality, women who claim to have sex at least once a week, have significantly longer telomeres strands than those who have fewer sex.
In other words, having sex once a week helps your longevity.
More reasons to be diligent to make love, ya. (ren)
