Who would have thought behind the spicy taste of chili has many health benefits. Cayenne pepper also contains some vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B6 and vitamin C, and beta-carotene. The minerals present in cayenne pepper are, manganese and potassium, all of which are good for health. Chillies are in powder form, but fresh ones are certainly better if possible.
