When looking at someone work, the first thing you should do is appreciate it. Why ? Because no matter how good and cool it is, that is someone work, created by creator himself. You never know how much energy, thought and time spent making that work. No matter how short and long time spent, it is still someone work. Then you should respect any intention of the author. Then what about the act of judging people's work? That is fine as long as you give an objective view.
When the work is exhibited to be judged, it is certain that the author is willing to be judged because he may need an outside view. Maybe me, you or us who see it. Well, according to this writing, around 8 hours ago, @xpilar has presented a digital art, where he wanted to know how we describe his work. It is may not be worthy for me to judge because I do not expert on these art, but as someone who likes photography, so I want to give my opinion from the view point of the image that I see, enter to my brain, and raises a number of views, imagination and I want to try to guess what the image means.
First,
From a color perspective, I have to admit that the color of the image is dominated by blue which is my favorite color. So this raises a sense of liking. I suspect the selection of blue as the dominant color is related to the color of the sky. Does this mean that steemit used by whale and small fish today will soar up to the sky ? I don't know, for sure, the truth is only known by the maker.

From the point of view of "steemit" writing. This is definitely related to our current platform. Just try to pay attention to the form writing, from a small form and enlarged, in my opinion it is a description of a steemian process. Everything starts from small things to become big finally. There is nothing instant for an effort. On the other hand the size of the writing means the current actual conditions, according to the @ khanza.aulia post a few month ago, there was an increase in steem power in the steemian wallet. This can be meaningful enthusiasm and optimism that Steem will still get the best place.

From spark light and color. Now you try to imagine if in front of you see a colored light and it gets closer to you. In my imagination, the light that emerges must be enlarged from the small initial point and then penetrates and passes through us. In my opinion this is the spark of X. I dare to confirm this because there isn't a single color that clots there. But for the purpose, maybe this is the imagination of the creator who really wants to display the X like the account name @xpilar.
Fourth,
Why big fish so dominant there and placed in above? I suspect that the intention is that the whale has the will to be an example of coach and protector. Whoever it is, as a whale, you must have high leadership.
BUT
If all reasons above wrong, then the opposite maybe true. Just one word for it, "All are on the verge of collapse". The whole system has been built well, but a some problems now make everything that happens in steemit breaking likely. It was illustrated from the steemit word writing that was swollen and like to explode, and the longer the shape didn't appear. Does this mean? Once again I do not know, because the truth of the intent and purpose in the hands of the maker.
