To fill the day off, I walked with friends looking for our favorite food.
Incidentally our hobbies are the same as eating sate shellfish.
Sate shells are food from seafood.
With delicious flavors and high nutritional content in seafood, sate shell is one of the most sought after dishes, besides its delicious taste and high nutritional content, the provision is quite limited.
Being interested in the delicious taste, we tried to taste.
The delicious mussel sate is amazing.
Curiously, we asked the cook about his making and recipes.
Then the cook explained to us how to make it.
First, take 5 ounces of fresh blood clams, wash thoroughly, then put 5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, plus 1 segment of ginger, then crushed, 1 segang galangal, then crushed
2 stalks of lemon grass, then cast the white part.
Then added with
4 bay leaves, 4 orange leaves, torn into pieces.
then put 2 tablespoons of acid, dissolve it with water, with 400 milli-liter doses, and insert the salt 1 teaspoon of tea.
Before doing the frying, ready the ingredients of fine ingredients that is, 8 pieces of red chili, 3 cloves of garlic, 7 red onions. You can smooth the ingredients beforehand that has been prepared.
Then prepare the skillet, then heat the oil over medium heat, after hot oil, then add the spices along with ginger, galangal, lemon and lime leaves into the pan. Wait until there is a scent of stir-fry that smells.
Then add the acidic water along with the sweet soy sauce and salt into the pan, then stir until evenly distributed.
After that, take the shells and input in the pan stir until blended with other spices.
Then pour the water into your cooking. and continue cooking until your spices are thickened. After maturing turn off the heat and lift your shells. After finishing the frying pan, take a skewer stir and then proceed the cooking process with pierced sate which is adjusted the amount of piercings and do until all the shell material runs out.
Now you reheat the pan with enough oil. After the hot oil, you can fry back the shellfish that you have made, just for a little while.
Once cooked then lift and serve on a serving plate with satay
scallops with remaining herbs while still warm.
You can also serve it with warm rice to taste more delicious.
That's the technique of processing with incredible cooking spices. And able to create a dish that can make you addicted.
