DIY Mosquito Fogger with a Riding Lawn Mower

I made a DIY mosquito fogger using my lawn mower. You can use Vegetable Glycerin for the base with a water soluble repellent, or Mineral Oil with Garlic Oil as a repellent. Here I'm using a 80/20 surfactant which works, but has too much build up, so I no longer recommend using it. VG would be the best option with Mineral Oil a close second.
