Bananas also have "heart"

It was actually banana flowers, but in our place in Aceh, it was called as Boh Jantoeng. Jantoeng means heart. Perhaps, because of the slightly resembling shape of the heart, and its red-hearted color, so the banana flowers are called, here, as the heart of bananas.

Does that mean the people here have understood human anatomy since ancient times?

Are there people in other countries in the world who use this kind of call for banana flowers?
