Workout so you DON'T "walk-out" of life early.

Hello all on steemit!
What do you do during the weekends?
How do you spend your weekend?
Do you set out some time to exercise or workout?
OR you just busy doing " a lot of" NOTHING?

Well, I know for us in Nigeria, weekends are for "öwambe".
For some others, its the only time they have to spend with their family especially with the kids.

I'll like to share something that is very important to our health and our body.

It is physical exercise.

Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness, overall health and wellness of the body. A lot of us excuse our self from daily/routine exercise or workout that we don't have time for it because of work from Mondays to Fridays or even more undermining its benefits. Yes! we work but Yes! you can still do some exercises no matter how many minutes you spend on it just be consistent. You can always exercise before going to bed every night by doing some stretch if your weekends are always "tight".

Here are some of the benefits of physical exercise:

 It increases growth and development,
 It helps to prevent or slows down aging,
 It also helps in strengthening the muscles and the cardiovascular system,

 It helps in weight loss or maintenance body weight,
 It boost happiness levels,
 It reduces the risk of heart disease naturally,

 It increases strength and flexibility,
 It Improves memory,
 It increases self-confidence
