My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2019
Hey Guys,
I hope you're all doing great.
I woke up in the morning and stayed in my room until it was about 10am. Yes, this is because my sisters kids are not letting me be at all. Uncle Ken this uncle Ken that. Lol.
My northern friend came around 11 am and I went with him to a local salon to barb his head. I decided to let them have go at my head and beard too. So the bearded man is now fully bold. Lol. These guys use blades to barb the hair.
From there we went to the supermarket to buy some goodies for the kids at home.
I went for a walk in the evening too.

You should have given us "before" and "after" pictures! Awww, the kids love their Uncle Ken. Enjoy your visiting time, it'll be over before you know and you never know when you'll get this chance again - they grow up so fast! Good count in spite of all the things you have going on.
While the guy was shaving everything off I actually thought of that but the worries of the day took the idea away😂. Since you're the second person to mention it I'll do it.
You're very correct, kids grow up so fast these days.
