YOU CANT SELL YOUR COWORKERS! SO SPEND YOUR TIME TALKING TO PEOPLE YOU CAN.

Ah, the old beloved sales huddle. Smoking & joking. Complaining & backstabbing. Bitching & moaning. Doesnt get any better than that! Good times.

Than the 1st & 15th day of the month rolls around. You check your bank balance & look at your direct deposit. You promise yourself the next month will be better. Soon its the next mo. & you promise urself again.

Only you can change this cycle. Sure its great to talk to your coworkers. No pressure of selling them. Cant spend whole day selling. Its like a little break except it turns into an all day break usually.

But when your bills are due, kids need shoes & you dont know what you will do, I know one thing for sure. Your coworkers arent going to pitch in & help you.

Salespeople own their own business. Best part is they have no overhead. Everything is provided for them. Everything except motivation & work ethic. Thats all up to them.

In 30 yrs, I have yet to see the owner or CEO in the sales huddle. I see them on the phone, in meetings or on the road, working to provide you with more & more ammo to kill it.

So learn from the man in charge. Be the man in charge. Run your company like he runs his. Not like your coworkers run theirs.
