KEEP CALM AND SELL!

Sales people know that sales managers are under alot of stress and pressure. That they have to provide and produce numbers. If they don't, they won't have to worry about it long because they will be replaced.

Sales managers in return need to remember sales people are also under alot of pressure and stress. They have to provide or produce or they won't be around either.

We both need each other to survive. We need to learn to work together. Its the sales managers job to guide and instruct. Its the salespersons job to listen, learn and do what the sales manager says.

But it's hard to find success for either one when instead of talking, there is yelling. Yelling does not inspire listening, it has the opposite effect of hearing. Tempers do not produce success, it does the opposite. Instead, learn to communicate and listen. Talk, not yell.
As the say, It takes two to tango so by the help from our managers we can have a better working environment and eager to make a sale everyday.

Just as being combative with a customer doesn't work, being combative between each other as sales manager and salesperson doesn't either.

Remember, we both are under pressure and have stress. We both need to sell. No matter what in life you struggle with, its easier when you have help and support than doing it alone. You both have a common goal. Its to get the deal. So work together be a team.

Not against and alone.
