Question in Science? Why? Why? Why? | Read, Look, and listen! | Enjoy in your New Information today!!!

in #science7 years ago (edited)

My son Roulan @divinekids love to know about science and he enjoys it like his daddy! LOL... A lot of questions in his mind. We ask him before what he want when he grew up? He said we want to be a teacher, the next he wants to be an astronaut then the next week he decides to be a scientist! Her mommy @arrliinn and I told him that,

It is to early to decide what you want. When you are in your right age you will feel what you really want in your life then you can decide.

Most of my son question is really interesting and a bit hard to explain,

Why can't you use phones on planes?

It might be because portable electronics like devices like cellphones and tablets meet radio signals. The signals can interfere the flight control. They may also distract the radio communication of the Air Traffic Controller of the ground.

Besides this, cellular tower our miles blow of the Airplane. Hence, cellphones try to mid-air stronger radio signal to detect the network, this is can increase the possibilities of causing interference with the airplane electronic equipment.

Hence, portable electronic devices are told to be either turned off or to be kept in Airplane mode or flight mode. This prevents the emission of radio signals. Dus helping to keep all a boarding equipment working properly.

Why do we get pimples?

Pimples cause due to the action of the Sebaceous gland present in our skin. This gland produces an oily substance called sebum. Sebum comes up to the skin surface through the pore and moisturizes your hair and skin. It is just like a moisturizer.

However, sometimes the pore gets block due to dead skin cells. Due to this blockage, the sebum gets accumulated creating a bump. A sebum is a very good source of nutrients for the bacteria in our skin, they start to grow in that area, leading to an infection.

Our immune system response to this infection by sending blood to the immune cells. Blood makes the area red where are the immune cells called the bacteria resulting in inflammation and Formation of a pimple.

Why does our stomach growl?

Growling sound is produced mostly due to movement of gas in the digestive tract, especially in the intestines. Now gas can either enter or be produced in the intestines. When we eat food very quickly, sometimes we swallow gas produce air along with food. Besides this Bacteria in our intestines also produce gases.

Now three digestion the muscles of your intestines contract in order to push food ahead. However, gases also get pushed along with food now as our intestine is hallowed tubes such movements of gases produces growling sounds.

Besides this, hungering produces growling. This is because when we are hungry our digestive system starts preparing for the next meal. Hence, it clears the remains of last meal causing more muscle contraction does produce more growling sounds.

"TYNDALL EFFECT" Why does the sky appear blue?

Do you think that our eyes have a natural inclination toward blue as compare to violet? This is one of the reasons why our sky appears blue and not violet. To understand this, first, let us study about Tyndall Effect.

Tyndall Effect is a phenomenon in which a beam of lights scattered on striking the particles presents on its path. This scattering of light is responsible for the blue color of the sky.

We know that the atmosphere primarily consists of Oxygen and Nitrogen particles along with dust, smoke, and other particles in comparatively smaller proportion. The size of t his particles in the atmosphere is responsible for the color of scattered light.

When the sunlight strikes the particles of dust, smoke, etc which are bigger than the wavelength of sunlight, all the colors of sunlight are equally scattered. The result, the scattered light appears white.

However, when the sunlight strikes the particle of oxygen and nitrogen, which are smaller than the wavelengths of sunlight; the colors of sunlight have a shorter wavelength that is blue and violet are much more scatter than color having a longer wavelength. But our eyes are much more sensitive to blue color as compared to violet, hence the sky appears blue to us.

Maybe this lesson is enough. My brain seems to be compressing! It seems my brain is empty and nothing goes in! LOL... I feel dizzy! I did not review all spelling. You have to understand it please...

Again, I hope you enjoyed and learned at least some of my shares today. It does not have to be a long written, what matters is that there is a good lesson to be found in every story or blog, and it is interesting to read especially if there is a picture or video.

I am sure he'll grow up to be a scientist. Such very good questions for a young mind.

He is so curious... We went to the science museum in Dubai Last month if I'm not mistaken? And he is amazed at the place and to the movie of the north pole and south pole.

I hope I can give the very best for him... In Gods will...

Just like my nephew. Whatever you say, he always asks WHY. You just really have to be patient and answer their questions until they stop.

By the way, have you read the book by Reader's Digest, Why in the World? It's a very interesting book my dad bought when we were in high school. It answers many of our WHY questions. Unfortunately, someone borrowed it and it never came back to us. ^__^

Yeahh... patient... LOL
Readers Digest, @didumaraos? Some of that I red but that was since when Im in high school! Hahaha... I can't remember all... (^_^)

Hahahahaha i can imagine your son asking you all of this po.🤗🤗🤗🤗

Oh man... How about the ring of Saturn? A lot of questions... LOL It breaks my head!!! Hahaha...

Scientist n yan..

Its up to him what he want... (^_^)

Ansipag mo @kennyroy hehehe
Ang sagot ko lagi sa mga bata..I`Google mo hahahah
Bihira na ako makapg explain ng ganern kase may follow up questions lagi sila...

Yes! Correct! Non stop question... And most of that, wala na ako maisagot... hahaha...

This is so cute Sir. I love the pictures. I learned something today because of this post.

Try to do something different? Feel your heart... Feel your surroundings... And you will see, you can write a different tpoic! Just say some story and the last you will do is the title and tags... (^_^)

grabe!!! totooo yan kuya! the students ask so much...its breaking my head tooo. i'd literally just tell them, lets ask google! hay kalurky! i wished i studied more. shocks!

Hahaha... Kids are different now in our time. They are so smart and curious. They want to explore their world and to know more about the suroundings.

hahaha this is so cute! You're baby is one of a genius and curious one! Saya nya siguro kausap 😄😄😄

naku! sometimes to much makulit makes a headache! LOL

Your kids are blessed to have you as their dad, sir kenny & yes kids sometimes asks too much questions, sometimes I'm tempted to answer back esp. my eldest "anak google mo na lang o ha anong ginagawa ni wikipedia" but I try my best to give her honest and from the heart answers...God bless po :-)

Hahaha... Correct! It was annoying sometimes! Especially if I am not interested in what he is saying. Yes, I love science, especially chemistry. That was my son's got to me. But I'm not lazy like my son. Hahaha... I don't give up until I get rid of something. LOL
