DTube, This Is What Catharsis Looks Like...

Hello Steem Blockchain!

One of the most important values of mine is FREEDOM. That's why I love DTube and the Steem blockchain so much. For most of my life, I have been told to suppress my instincts and natural urges. Over time, I am allowing it all to come out; even if it feels horrible.

On this day, I had built up a bunch of energy inside and I didn't know how to channel it. I think most people would prefer to channel energy into something that they think is productive. I was drawing blanks though. The more I tried to think of what to do, the more frustrated I would feel. That is when I just decided to turn the camera on and let my body do whatever it wanted.

My mind went blank. In fact, my mind didn't even want to think anymore. It simply just started moving however it wanted and made whatever nonsensical sounds it felt like making. There was no cohesion or reason for doing any of this.

It was relieving. I have been a huge fan of Osho's Dynamic Meditation. It is something that took me out of a pit of depression many years ago. This was one of those times where I didn't know what the hell I was doing and didn't care. I just wanted to dance frantically and made my way to my guitar to play some music. I enjoyed all the mistakes I made while singing and playing, but I didn't allow that to take me away from the flow of life.

I highly recommend people try this when you have a bunch of energy that you don't know what to do with it. Just let it be and allow your body to move however it wants. Don't try to control. Be with it and see where it takes you. During this moment, your judgment drops and you are moving so frantically that you aren't really thinking anymore. You get to experience the present moment again.
