It is a great innovation. A virtual dissection is never going to replace the real thing as there is no tactile feedback when it comes to taking body parts away. Considering the fact that e have 4K screens on mobile devices, it would be nice to have better resolution as well.

I think this virtual dissection table would be really useful to junior medical students as they learn the parts of the body. However to practice medicine you need to practice dissection on a real cadavar because the experience of cutting into real flesh and bone is different to the virtual one.
