There are five things that i have taken into consideration from @dobartim, there are

1. Believe in yourself: this the most important aspect in succeeding in anything worthwhile
2. Be honest with others
3. Create your own success plan: failure to plan is planing to fail, both ways you are planing anyhow, be intentional about planing.
   4)Choose your own personal strategies: what work for him may not work for you.
   5)Take action: planing without action is like thinking without paper
