  1. Eat more skim or low-fat diary products; eat less full-fat diary products.

  2. Eat more legumes; eat less processed meats to lower your risk of bowel cancer.

  3. Eat more wholegrains; eat less white bread and grains. This helps reduce blood sugar, insulin spikes and support weight management.

  4. Eat more oily fish; eat less red meat.

  5. Eat more whole fruits; eat less fruit juice. An apple with the skin contains about 5g of fibre, whereas an apple juice contains virtually none.
