ART - Watercolor practice

I wasn't exactly sure how to use them at first, but I ended up marking another sheet of paper and pulling color from those swatches to get such soft colors. And then eventually just brushing parts with the brush pen for brush style strokes.

I wanted to try something new and let the watercolor take over for most of it, so I skipped blending and made marks and splashes to create a piece that actually resembled a watercolor feel. I wanna play around more with this idea since it was more freeing and loose than my usual!

Definitely will be using these brush pens again!
