4: Trim Frivolities: yes it is said that all work and no play makes jack a dull boy ....but it is wise for Jack not to play too much.

Time is very Vital in life. If you have no value for time, it practically means you have no value for life. To grow you have to be time conscious. Avoid spending so much time doing what doesn't add value to your life . Don't play too much
5: Wrong company: Avoid the wrong company. It is said that the company you keep determines what accompanies you. Choose your friends. Don't let your friends choose you.

Everyone can't be your friend. Spend more time with those you need to grow (teachers, mentors etc..) than those who need you.(just your company)

A true friend is not just a good listener. A good friend sticks closer than a brother. Even in life's thick and thin, a true friend exposes you to opportunities and wants to see you grow. A good friend is always concerned with adding value to your life rather than wasting it.
Anyone who distracts you from your focus is an enemy.

So check your circle. Take away the weeds from that your beautiful garden (life) so you can grow properly.

1. Bitterness: Bitterness is a poison to the soul and so let it go. Like the Holy writ said, It dries the bones. But a merry heart on the other hand does good like medicine.
   No one like they say enjoys being affiliated with a bitter person.
   When you are bitter, it reflects in your everyday life which in turn affects your productivity .
   Bitterness is an emotional sickness. Once you are bitter about a situation, Let it out and move on.

2. Fear : Fear creates room for utter failure in life. You must be fearless in your daily engagements. Failure to man up will only make you end up helpless in life .
   When you are afraid to take steps in life, you end up limiting yourself by taking no step at all.
   Fear is real danger itself. Until you overcome your fears, the future will remain a charade. So conquer fear and take over your world .

3. Ignorance: knowledge is power. It keeps you up and at the top of your game and gives you an edge in life's field.
   Being ignorant about a thing creates room for utter failure. Don't limit yourself by faking you are knowledgeable when you know you are not. Have the mindset to learn everyday something new (be it your field or not )
