🤐🤐How Do Emotions Help Our Lives? 🤐🤐

Many of us live in this digital world where human touch and emotion is gradually becoming infrequent. But is this even healthy or beneficial? Are there better ways? What part do emotions play in our daily lives? Sometimes people treat it as something that makes you weak if you have it, But is this the case?
Motivation
What gives you motivation? Often, Feelings. We care about someone, or something jumpstarts us into action. Whether it's due to excitement, Fear, Or even anger. We are more likely to act when we feel a particular attachment or emotion to the experience or goal we are chasing.

Memories
We often forget that memories and feelings go hand in hand. We are more likely to remember a good or bad experience based on the amount of emotion we can associate with it.
Think of all the experiences in your life that you remember vividly. Did emotion play a big part? It probably did.
Passion
Many people lack passion these days, but it's an integral part of life.
Passion and motivation somewhat go hand in hand. We are more likely to feel motivated when we feel passionate about what is in front of us. And desire is a very emotional experience. Look at great chefs, for example; You can see their attachment, Love and overall attraction to the dish and food in front of them. And without feeling, they probably wouldn't care as genuinely about their career as they do.
We often underestimate the power of emotions in our lives. They can be so impactful. We often try to suppress or hide them. Which leads to an unhealthy lifestyle.

You can not not feel emotions and not be influenced by them. Humans, like all mammals, are equipped with a software of emotional reactivity as standard: we do not need to learn fear or anger, but the environment will teach us what to fear or not. , what to put on or not angry at, etc.
Emotions make you human and are better off shown (in some cases) which can help people better understand you and what you want. It's like if someone says a guy shouldn't cry or is expected to have heaps of feelings etc. I do both except for crying in front of people as I am not use to that yet. :P
great motivation.Have a nice day @kaylinart
Dear @kaylinart!

Perhaps my passion for this platform doesn’t allow me to be silenced. Perhaps my emotions are too strong, but I’m sorry to make a comment like this in such a situation, but this guy @kouba01 you’ve already upvoted has been plagiarizing comments using mostly Quora, his comment here is plagiarism as well. He got already caught many times before and it doesn’t seem he is willing to stop. Plagiarism is a theft and we shouldn’t support it.
Below is the link to original comment and the screenshot from original comment, you have to scroll a bit down under the picture with the horse. The rest is up to you. You can also check my recent comments as a proof he has been doing it for some time. Last time when he got caught, he tried to edit his plagiarized comment. If he does that again, I already took a screenshot from his comment. He already did edit his comment after he got caught, so I’m attaching his plagiarized comment as well.

I personally don’t belive it. I see originality especially when person doesn’t try to hide his or her emotions.
I agree!
I think emotions are a fundamental part of leading a healthy life even in the mental part as it is what makes us feel alive that we are part of something and our existence is valued by other people even by ourselves
Love this post! We do often underestimate the power of emotion in our lives but it is ever present. Thanks for sharing :) #Followed
amazing I really like your post, how can i help you ??
Emotions are everything that’s why communication is key. Thanks for sharing & Steem On :)
Interesting post. I'm a big believer that emotions shouldn't be surpressed and need to be acknowledged so you know about things. May sound weird but I put Instinct in as an emotion as well. DO not know how else to classify it.
