Really short hike! I got to try out my pole today which really helps me walk. Sadly my knee pain started to get so bad we had to turn back. It makes me wonder how super athletic people are able to keep their bodies on point. I want to go hiking more often but haven’t been able to
I’m sorry you’ve got knee pain. I’ve been there before too. Little bits and don’t push. Even if it’s just 10 steps more than the day before. Hang in there!
I hope your knee feels better! Once I hurt my knee and I wore a neoprene brace on it for a while. It helped and I think it got better faster because of it. Good luck! :)
