Today i will Discuss with you What is Volume. Volume is very famous and useful tools for all traders. i Hope you like today's post, I always try to share with everyone what I know. So in its continuation today I will talk to you briefly about this important subject volume of trading.
Volume indicator is a technical analysis tool. This is a very important tool, any trader must look at the volume indicator to make his trading decision. We can easily measure and understand through a volume indicator what amount of assets are being traded in the market at a given time. We use price action to know the market, to understand the market trends. We can use volume indicators along with price action to get a deeper understanding of breakouts, breakdowns and market activities.
We must know that there must be a buyer and a seller for every asset transaction to be completed. If the seller wants to sell at that price, if the buyer wants to buy at that price, then the transaction is completed when the price agreement is reached between them. The data of this transaction is used to calculate the trading volume. The amount of assets sold in the market is the volume of those assets.
We can take an example here that at the moment I want to buy a bitcoin and someone wants to sell a bitcoin. I bought a bitcoin at the price that the seller would sell. This means that at the moment the trading volume of Bitcoin is 1. Since we made a bitcoin transaction. In this way, the volume of each asset's transaction is its volume.
I personally use the TradingView platform to do trading analysis. And if we go to the TradingView platform, we can see that the volume can be seen below the chart as well. Through volume we can understand how much people are interested in those resources. So volume plays a very important role in making any trading decision. Through this one can understand the state of the market. We can use the volume indicator to measure the current market trends.
We must know that if we want to move our trading career forward successfully. Then of course we need to have in-depth knowledge about the current movement breakout of the market and more. We need to know Tactical Analysis and if we value Volume Indicator and know about it then our trading career and analysis will be stronger and we will be able to trade successfully.
