Today i will share you How effective the Death Cross and the Golden Cross are in the market in Tron Fan Club Community. The Golden Cross and Death Cross play a very effective role in the market and the Golden Cross and Death Cross affect the market a lot. Buyers are very active when there is a Golden Cross and the market moves up from here and sellers are very active when Death Cross is in the market so the market moves down from here.
We know that the market is likely to go uptrend when the Golden Cross occurs and the market is likely to go downtrend when the Death Cross occurs. And that's why cryptocurrency traders are more interested in that crypto during the Golden Cross, and the market goes up because buyers are much more active there. And when we see Death Cross, those traders know that now the price will go down from here and because of that everyone starts selling that crypto asset and because of that the price goes down from there.
And of course we know that price movement, that is, price increases, decreases in response to buyers and sellers. If buyers are more active in the market and sellers are less active then the uptrend in that market starts. And if at any given time sellers have more activity than buyers, then that market goes into a downtrend. So as the buyers are more active during the Golden Cross they are more active so the market starts uptrend and the price goes down due to the sellers being more active during the Death Cross.
We must know how much impact the Golden Cross and Death Cross can have on the market and how effective this process is. And to understand this Golden Cross and Death Cross we have to install two moving averages in our chart, in which case one thing is very important how many periods of two moving averages will work best in the market. It can be used according to each trader's own strategy. Naturally, however, I think a moving average of 200 periods for the long term and a moving average of 50 periods for the short term will work much better.
We already know a lot about Golden Cross and Death Cross with the help of Moving Average. At this stage we will briefly discuss one of the most important issues which will be more effective for this Golden Cross and Death Cross longtime trade and short time trade. Golden Cross and Death Cross will be effective for both longtime trading and short time trading.
However, for long time 200 period moving average and 50 period moving average should be taken but in case of short time trade it must be further reduced and it is better to take it according to the research of the trader. However, this Golden Cross and Death Cross will be much more effective and easier to understand in many longtime trades than short term trades.
