DO NOT LOOK FOR HAPPINESS OUTSIDE BECAUSE YOU ARE INSIDE YOU
Hi, friends Steemit, we always spend our lives looking for happiness everywhere, and we're so busy looking for it outside without knowing it's inside of us
- Remember the top is not achieved by overcoming others but surpassing ourselves
Being happy is not something that is learned, but something that is carried inside by nature, we are all born with that happiness, but when we grow we forget about it.
Our negative thoughts and emotions and our social conditioning separate us from that happiness, being forgotten and buried in our interior.
From that day to another can take away all that negative conditioning that we carry inside, but we can be sure that we do not need that deception.
To be happy, even though that negativity exists within us, we will let ourselves be guided by it to be guided by our inner spirit or our authentic self, which is the same as saying that we are ourselves.
The happiness in our interior is the manifestation in the moment in which we are ourselves and we begin to do what we like, offering it to the world.
Happiness is put without looking at the darkness, for many people who may be in your life, to start looking at the light, however little there is in your life.
It is not about learning to be happy, but about exploiting what has been inside you since you were born. As much as you look for happiness outside, there is no one truly happy, but you are able to recognize it within yourself. Happiness never leaves us, it is we who constantly ignore it.
