Procrastination.. My story🌠

Hello , my wonderful people !
Recently , I feel depressed and even procrastination ... ( i know this word seems loudly for someone)
Honestly , it is unusual for me . I have a lot of plans and goals but... recently i havent got motovation and even disire do it . My sleep pattern and nutrition worsened too, and I became less productive! I dont like it !
I hope depressed( procrastination ) goes away from me and I will work like before ...
I KNOW this post is pisimistic but I promised you to be sincere and in order not to overload you with sad information catch inspirational photo.. I love it ❤

This is something I struggle with every year....

It's the winter, cold and miserable outside, and the lack of sunshine.
Seasonal depression - Try tanning. It can help to get that extra light on your skin.

I think we all go through these faces I myself am feeling a bit down and frustrated but I know it will pass! We just need to find a constructive outlet for it, for me it s soccer I find after I play I always feel much better and can clear my mind

Try organising stuff with a bullet journal, works well for me

Maybe you can fall in love, you will be still procrastinating, but you're going to be busy with something that keeps your mind so far from depression

Dear @katebobkova , I suffer depression since I was a child. That is why today, at 53, I know that it is momentary.
I have forced myself to do things while I am depressed and it is a disaster.
Going to the beach, to the mountains, to swimming, to friends, to boyfriends or whatever, in a state of depression? Really. Do not do!.
Let yourself do what you want, it's momentaneo ...
