laham mandi (arabian dish)

today i want to share with you a very special and tradiotional dish of arabian lovers
name laham mandi
its a traditional of arab people ,its make from lamb and goat meat and eat with rice and differnt type of sauces with it
its cooked in asian local tandoor which may also called a oven, the tandoor its make it very special
.in tandoor the flame is used by with charcoal so the taste of meat is very smoky and its very tasty .
the meat is bolied before it add some spices into it
this dish is used on special muslims events like eid , weddings etc
