❤️ Turn your Fears into Fuel ❤️
We all have our moments where we feel consumed by fear. While the feeling of fear is dreadful, if you know how to deal and cope with fear, you can actually use it to your advantage.
Conquering your fears takes a lot of focus and courage, but if done correctly it will leave you feeling stronger and better than ever.
Here are a couple tips on how you can turn your fears into fuel:
#1. Have a positive mindset
One of the best ways to overcome fear is to have an optimistic outcome on the end result. Focus on all of the good things in your life, and stop focusing on your weaknesses. Switching your attention to all the good things in your life will better help you overcome your fears.
#2. Focus on what you can influence
There are many uncontrollables in life, and you need to learn how to just roll with it. Instead of conjuring up all of the “what if” scenarios, which may only heighten your fears, focus on what you can control. When you take matters, in your own hands, you will be too busy to worry.
#3. Focus on the Future
Don’t let past mistakes eat you up. Learn from your mistakes and continue to focus on the future. Nothing good ever happens from constantly looking over your shoulder. Be kind to yourself and forgive. Focus on your bright future ahead of you.

Great advice and inspirational. This is my goal as well.
That's a great goal to have.
I love the 3 advices you give, but I would also another one: Enjoy the present! sometimes focusing to much on the future might be stressful, you have to also learn to enjoy the present time and be greatful for what you have :D
ahhh I love that tip! You are totally right. The present is all we have :)
If you notice, a lot of happy people are happy because they enjoy the present not worrying about things they can't control :D
Hahaha, that top photo!
Fear stops me so much! It's ridiculous. Most of the times I bail on an obstacle it's because of fear... I'm strong enough, but I don't trust myself in the moment. It's super frustrating... so to work with that, I have to keep working and working on the thing I'm scared of until it's no big deal. It's worked really well for me.... but yes, I really need to work on my mental game so fear is far less of a factor.
Great post! Amazing photo at the end... I have those socks!
