First off, I know how hard it is to get the day started on a Monday. I thought I would kick this Monday off with a bang by providing you all with an original acro flow @acromott and I came up with on the spot. Our talented friend is playing live guitar for us as we play.
I think it is so magical that we were able to capture such a special moment on video. Art is about creating, playing and imagining something beautiful! It feels good to be connected with the people around us and our environment.
