Pretty cool your first video done in live-stream.
That mural back there with the bear drawn is pretty much seen. The work of a true artist.
The music from the Rocky movie that you guys put on motivated me lightly to resume my exercises. Look, I started bodybuilding when I was 13, and from there to here, I only stopped last year for personal issues that generated a little bit of depression. I'm trying to "create energy" to resume my físícas activities, but I haven't been able to find the motivation yet. But I intend to reboot in September. Twist it for me and we'll go together with Rocky.
