One of my favorite ways to spend my time is to paint! There are so many mediums to choose from: oils, acrylics, watercolors and more. I use to be intimidated by watercolors because it is such a fluid medium. What I learned working with watercolors is that there is beauty in giving up control. With watercolors, you can manipulate the paint by adding more or less water. The more water you add, the less control you have on how the paint spreads. There is something so magical about watching the paint spread on its on, like it has a life of it's own.

Today, I thought I would share with you my moon watercolor video on DTube. I hope you find this video relaxing and entertaining.

Enjoy! Special thanks to @dtube for providing such an awesome platform and allowing me to share my passion with ya'll!

Free & loose hand in work. :)

heheh thank you! Watercolor is so fun! You should try it if you get a chance.

I have a few watercolor paintings started that I have to finish.

I also have a great passion for watercolor. Watercolor is unpredictable, it has a life of its own, it is an adventure because when you start a watercolor you never know how it will end. Water when it slides through the paper produces different effects-it fuses, spreads, cuts, drips creating shapes. That's why this form of expression captivates me.
