Acro flow with @acromott
It's nice to be back in town to do acroyoga with @acromott. One of our favorite spots to film flows are at different murals around Sacramento. I particularly love this mural because of the bright colors. The geometric patterns and line work really make this piece interesting.
In today's Acro flow we do the following:
- bird
- ninja star
- pick pocket
- straddle back
- pop to star
- four step
- floating pashi
Part of this video is filmed in first person point of view, so you can get a taste of what it's like to be a base! I hope you enjoy this flow.

Although it looks quite extreme, it turns out Acroyoga has a lot of benefits, from starting to fix the position of the spine, improve posture, facilitate the flow of breathing, and that is quite surprising is, Acro Yoga is very effective to help the smoothness of Pregnant Women when giving birth. movement can even tighten the muscles around the reproductive organs. Confidence will increase, while its meditation effects train us to be more patient and brave.
