Dreams results from the past, present or future
Since the beginning of time, human beings have experienced an event that is defined as inevitable and uncontrollable, involving every individual regardless of age, gender or race. Many people have come to wonder why they dream when they sleep and why dreams are marked by experiences they do not remember or do not recognize as their own.
For a long time, many scientists have studied this phenomenon, as thousands of people claim that dreams are the result of previously lived experiences, because they feel a connection with what they have experienced in dreams or find similarities with their reality.
We live, feel and perceive actions and feelings that are usually alien to us and totally different from our opinion or reality, hence the idea that dreams are revelations or predictions of our future, which is why many people interpret them according to the elements, people or locations that are present in dreams, so they reach conclusions about what they mean and if they believe that they have an impact on their future.
What could be the origin of dreams?
According to scientists, psychologists and neurologists, dreams can be products of experiences acquired during the day, there are theories that state that this happens when memories are transported from one region of the brain to another region, before being fixed as memories they are interpreted and modified so that dreams originate, this is why when we remember what we dream, we feel that it has already happened or that it will happen to us.
On the other hand, our feelings or emotions can be a very influential source in the creation of our dreams, since dreams are altered according to what we long for or what we find unpleasant, even our fears are reflected.
The hippocampus plays a very important role in dreams, since it is in charge of the fixation of what has been lived and memorized, allowing memories or a portion of these to be part of dreams, this happens when memories that take a week to be stored are transported from one place to another.
Hello @karencarolina
Good point "dreams are the result of the past, present or future", at some point I got to hear that dreams are part of our consciousness that projects our emotions in a plane that we think we live, but it is only part of what recreates the consciousness. Good post.
Best regards, be well.
Greetings @lupafilotaxia, it is so. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
My view makes dreams like our existence in another world. Sometimes, our dreams be like continuous mode of life.

Hi, excellent definition. Thanks for reading
Greetings @ karencarolina As you say "dreams can be the product of experiences gained during the day," on occasion I have dreamed experiences that I have lived that day or had dreams that are fulfilled after a few weeks. The important thing for me is to be able to dream, as we keep our consciousness and sensory and emotional events active.
Thank you very much for your publication
