UPDATE ON MY WEIGHTLOSS, LOVING HOW MY LIFE HAS CHANGED AND LOOKING FORWARD TO A THINNER FITTER ME.

16 weeks ago i started a diet, it had to be done or if i carried on the way i was going i was going to burst. I have dieted since i damaged my knee as i couldn't exercise anymore the weight soon pilled on, i have yo-yoed since then, losing weight then putting it back on plus extra. I am disabled plus have depression, at the time is had given up, I didn't care how big I got. I then started to look towards the future realising I want to be here and see my girls grow, that would mean taking more care about my health, losing weight and feeling better about myself.

I have tried every diet out there:

Slimming World (more than once)
Weight Watchers (more than once)
Atkins diet
Cambridge Diet
Cabbage Diet
Egg diet
Starvation
and more.

I am not Facebooks biggest fan but thought i would take a look. I searched Google for information on this diet, the more I read the more i loved how it sounded. In only 8 weeks this could change how i lose weight and how i live my life without having to think about what i eat. Yes the 1st 8 weeks sound hard as you live on 800 calories per day, You would be amazed how much food you can eat and the delicious meals you can make with only 800 calories. I managed with a massive weight loss of nearly 2 stone. (If you are Diabetic please take a look at this)

Those 8 weeks changed my relationship with food, I didn't need food to help me through a bad day, I stopped craving food when I felt down and I stopped thinking about what there was to eat

I then moved on to 5 - 2 where I have 5 days of eating normally then 2 days eating 500 calories. Before starting this diet i would have freaked out surviving on 500 now it doesn't bother me, it leaved me with a clear head, i feel lighter and feel much better living this way.

I have just finished 16 weeks since starting, my weight loss now is 45lbs, thats 3 stone 3lbs. I love this WOE (Way Of Eating) its changed me and everyone has noticed how much I have lost and how much better i look.

I still have weight to loose, I will continue with this until I reach where i want to be.

I started this diet at 18st 10, I am now 15st 7, I want to lose another 4 stone to reach 11st 7 as I am 5ft 7. Once I reach there I will decide if I need to lose weight, I am doing this for me and enjoying every day. I enjoy the food I eat, I enjoy a nice cold glass of filtered water instead of fizzy pop. I now make better choices what i eat and drink without really thinking about it.
