My first visitor in my garden posed for a Photo shoot
I am spending a lot more time in the garden now we have our new pup, she loves it out there, think she likes it yuk much as we have to being her in as it gets to hot.
Today we had our first visitor, first one i have seen anyway. It flew right next to me then landed on my plant, i was lucky enough to get a few photographs.
I'm not sure whether its a moth or a butterfly buy i do think its pretty.
I am hoping i get a lot more once my flowers start to bloom.

It is lovely now that you are attracting butterflies to your garden. Perhaps soon you will have birds too!
The only birds we see are seagulls and magpies .

Hey @karenb54 if you google speckled wood im pritty sure its that, fairly common not that i see many of them whe out and about. Great photo i never have any look with taking pics of butterflys haha

Usually They fly off before i can turn the Camera on. Its the 1st one I've seen thus year, hopefully there is more to come :)
