I am back with a new mobile :)
2 nights living without a mobile phone, after losing my phone on Saturday night leaving me with 2 hands free to do what I want, I panicked a bit, got upset then angry then decided instead of going through my insurance as the extra I would have to pay would be about the same amount I would have to pay to pay off my contract. So i decided to go ahead an upgrade.
Now I always hate this but as there are so many phones available with a massive choice on tariffs it really winds me up. But I thought I loved my lost Samsung Galaxy S5 I would upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S6. My oldest daughter came through to help me sort it out. Took 2 hours to actually finish then I would have to recontact them the next day to get my old number changed over.
It really depends what assistant you get as some won't make the effort where as others its no hassle they have you sorted asap.
2 days and 2 nights without a phone, I really thought I would end up screaming but I didn't, I do quite a few surveys so was glad of the break, I didn't miss my phone as much as I thought I would but when it eventually arrived at 7.30 Monday night I screamed with excitement.
Took me over 2 hours to download all my original apps and get the phone up and running, plus another hour on the O2 webpage talking to a useless assistant first, I singed out of that conversation then opened another who got my phone up and running in 10 minutes.
I am now backup and running, everything is up to date, just got to find out what my new phone can do. still missing my S5, poor thing will be feeling unloved and lost and my poor memory card that was full of memories
