Boris is getting us no where. UK always left behind. 🤕😟🤯

Today has been a long, boring, hair pulling day thanks to the virus. I thought i would try and get booked in for a home delivery but all the spots were taken for the next 10 days. I had just recieved an order that i placed at tee beginning of the week, just a shame most of the things i had ordered were out of stock. I also buy for hubby's mum, with her being over 70 she is now in isolation for 3 months.

I spent hours trying to get my shopping order to go through, i constantly got the page your payment has been taken but when i went back into the checkout my basket was still full and waiting to be checked out. I have now lost my spot so sent a angry email to the company.

Spending the day shopping isn't my kind of fun especially when i get nothing at the end of it. Shopping here is getting out of hand, people are buying up everything leaving nothing for others, trolleys full of toilet rolls and fresh milk, now the shelves are empty and if your lucky enough and can get to the shop for shopping opening at 9am meaning you have to queue from 5am for a packet if toiletrl rolls.

Some supermarkets have designated times for the elderly and infirm but these times are no good for me as hubby is still at work using the car.

I have managed to send a couple of carrier bags of food and treats to his mums trying to keep her cupboards full incase we can't get anything. We haven't a clue what Boris is going to do, he gives us a speech every day about what's going on and what's planned but nothing seems to be happening. Again the UK is the last country to do what others are doing. Feels like he is just playing a game with us.

Thank you @son-of-satire
