Featheredfriday
Hello Steemians
Welcome to the excellent #featheredfriday

Canada Goose
Canada geese are very adaptable, and can live in many
different habitats. They can digest grass which is a big
reason they stay around cities, with all the parks and...
golf courses to feed on. It also gives them an unobstructed
view of the surrounding area to keep an eye out for predators.
An interesting fact, the oldest known Canada Goose was over
33 years old.
The map is with thanks to.....
Unlike last Friday, which was sort of nice weather, today was very windy and wet. I am still hoping to get as nice a shot as you have there of a Canadian goose, maybe 3 or 4 or more shots.
The sun glinting off the goose in the second image is just fantastic looking.
Thanks, there are so many here I usually don’t bother taking any shots, lol, just so use to seeing them everyday..forget to appreciate them...

Nice shots! We have tons of Canada geese around here all winter. My own geese have eaten all my grass! They can be very destructive, but I love them anyway.
Thanks, our parks and walkways in the parks are littered with their mess... so many of them in places... but they are nice to watch..
