Salad with grapefruit and chicken

1)chicken Breast 500 gr.
2)Grapefruit, 300 gr.,
3)Green beans 200 gr.
4)Onion 50 g,
5)Salad 200 gr.
6)salt, pepper.

Preparation:
Chicken breast boil and unparliamentary. After, cut into small cubes, clean the grapefruit and divide into segments. Put in a deep bowl and add the sliced onions and the beans separated, cut into pieces 2-3 cm long Add salt and pepper to taste. Best red pepper is suitable.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Put in a deep bowl washed and dried lettuce leaves. Put on top of chilled salad.

looks nice love to join fruit with food like salads!
and incorporating fruit with all food is a great to balance the yin yang!
or lets say the sugar and antioxidants polyphenols and protective fruits will balance the pH acid base! and colour the whole delicious balanced tasty food i'm sure!
improving also the digestibility in the stomach!
although that is very light food!!
looks so good!
