Life on the water
Bajo people are often called "sea Gypsies". In some places of Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, they still continue the nomadic lifestyle, living on the sea without drinking water and electricity and stick to the shore only to bury their relatives.
Today we will visit Malaysia to see real life on the water.

These Bajo come ashore only to sell fish, collect drinking water and to bury a relative.
Fishing is the main occupation and source of income. At the age of 4 years children begin to catch fish, octopus and lobster.
Children of Bajo living on the water, do not have the opportunity to go to school, so the prospects to settle in modern society, they have a little bit.
