Recipe: Hot milk cake . Food is my passion.

Hope you all are doing well ,

This is my first post in this community and I want to give me short intro here

I am a house who live with in laws and a mother of two year old son who is very naughty. I was a kindergarten teacher by profession but I left my job after marriage💑.
Cooking food of different cuisine is my hobby and I also take care of my plants🪴.
Now, lets star with the recipe of hot milk cake .

Ingredients

• Eggs 2
• Sugar ¾ cup
• Vegetable Oil ¼ cup
• Flour 1 cup
• Baking powder 1 teaspoon
• Salt ¼ teaspoon
• Milk 1 cup
• Unsalted Butter 2 tablespoons
• Vanilla Essence 1 or 2 teaspoon (according to your
  preference)

First take a blender and add egg white then Blend for 10 mins . You can use beater as well. Then add yolks and sugar.

Then add oil and blend it again.

Now, blend all the ingredients for more 10 mins .
After that take out this mixture in a large bowl and add flour salt baking powder
And combine them with the help of spatula.

After mining these ingredients in the bowl also add vanilla essence .

Then take your baking tray of any shape grease it with butter or oil and spread single sheet of butter paper.

Then pre heat the oven at 100° C for 10 mins and put your mixture in the oven for 30 to 35 mins.

Now, our hot milk cake is ready to enjoy. 😋
