최근 BAT ICO가 괜찮다고 생각을 해 가끔씩 언급을 했었다. BAT의 개발자, 비젼도 괜찮았고 펀딩이 눈 깜짝할 새 끝난다면 상장 후에 가격이 뛸 확률이 높을것이고 누구나 윈윈하는 전략 같았다. 그래서 참가방법까지 자세히 스팀잇 블로그에 올려놓았다.

하지만 점점 관심이 늘어난 탓인지 BAT 쪽에서 최근 점점 시가총액의 목표를 올리고 있다. 처음엔 15M 정도의 시가총액을 목표로 모금한다고 이야기 했었고 그후에 24M 으로 바꾸었지만 지금은 상한선을 없애버렸다. 최종 목표는 156,250 ETH의 모금으로 바뀌어버렸다. 현재 Gdax.com 에서 거래되는 이더 가격은 214달러이며 지금 시작한다해도 33M의 시가총액을 목표로 펀딩을 시작한다. 한마디로 24M 목표로 하는 펀딩이라면 이더:BAT 가격이 154달러쯤이며 펀딩하자마자 손해보면서 시작하는 펀딩을 왜하냐면서 불만이 강하게 제기 되기 시작했다. 물론 펀딩하는 아랫가격보다는 사람들이 팔지 않을 것이기 때문에 개인적으로는 펀딩 시작가격의 이더리움 가격이 기준이 될 것이라 생각하며 33M의 시가총액(지금 이더가격으로 펀딩이 시작될 시)은 암호화폐시장에서 45위 정도 하기 때문에 이정도의 이슈 코인이면 펀딩 후에 가격은 상승할 것이라 예상한다. 이 처럼 계산기를 두드려도 아직 이익이 나온다는 예상이 강하면 ICO하는 쪽의 탐욕은 투자자들의 탐욕으로 덮혀질것이다.

물론 ICO하는 쪽은 돈을 더 모으고 싶은것은 당연 할 것이다. 또한 이런 일에 투자자가 화를 내는 이유는 욕심이 들어가있기 때문이다. 100M까지 갈것같은 ICO가 15M으로 마감되면 약 6배가 뛸것인데 34M는 3배밖에 뛰지 않기 때문에 불만을 제기한다. 물론 좋은 비전의 토큰이 탐욕들로 너무 망가지는것 같아 개인적으로는 허탈한 마음도 생기긴 했지만 이해는 간다. Gnosis 또한 굉장히 높은 가격으로 ICO가 마쳐졌지만 현재 가격은 246불이 넘는다. ICO 가격대비 7배나 오른것인데 이것또한 투자자의 탐욕이 개발자의 탐욕을 덮었다고 생각한다. 하지만 ICO를 투자할 때 고려해야 하는점이 ETH의 상승률과 비교해야한다.

요즘들어 이더리움의 거래량이 비트코인을 앞설 때도 있는데 두 거래소까지 합쳐진다면 작은 뉴스가 아닌것 같다. 중국에서 순순히 이더리움을 키우기 위해 거래를 시작했는지는 의심을 해보아야 하겠지만 기축통화의 역활을 하는 비트코인이 시가총액과 거래량을 놓친다면 너무나 놓치는것이 많기 때문에 1위싸움이 제대로 시작될 것 같은 기분이다. 현재 이더/비트 비율은 0.096이며 0.178정도가 된다면 순위가 뒤바뀜함으로 최대의 관전 포인트가 될것 같다.
