"Recipe Pho" typical vietnamese food
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese food, beef broth with spices. Spices are used cinnamon saigon, fennel, ginger, black cardamom, onion, coriander, fennel and cloves.
Garnish dishes commonly used include sauce, spicy pasta, lime juice or lemon juice. It can also use hoisin sauce.
For those of you who are curious to make pho bo noodle soup style of Vietnam, here are the recipes and steps, good luck
ingredients:
- 250 gr chicken meat
- 1 pack of nodle glass / mie soun (original pake wet kwetiaw)
- 1 handful of long bean sprouts
- 1 spring onion
- 1 celery stalk (original pake coriander leaves / cilantro)
- 1 pokcoy bob
- 1 orange juice
- 2 pieces of chili pepper (who like pedes can add)

broth ingredients: - 500 ml chicken broth
- 1 small fruit carrot
- 1 spring onion
- 1 onion (split 2)
- 1 cinnamon (3-4cm)
- 5 cloves
- 2 star anish / flower mace
- 1/2 nutmeg
- to taste salt, pepper, sugar, flavoring
- 1/2 onion
steps:
- make a broth
- Boil chicken with carrot and spring onion, until it becomes broth.
- In a separate pan, roasted (stir-fry without oil for more aroma) onions, cinnamon, cloves, star anish, nutmeg until fragrant.
- After that input into the bag / gauze, boil with broth to boil. Then season the salt pepper sugar flavor, then the flavor correction.
- Chicken is removed from the broth and then cut to taste.
- Tata in bowl, nodle glass which has been brewed, bean sprouts, chicken, spring onion and celery, pokcoy, chili sliced pieces.
- Flush with the hot broth. Sprinkle with garlic and lime juice.
