1: Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
2: Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
3: Khashkash (Poppy seeds) Ground 1 tsp
4: Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
5: Lemon juice 1 tbs
6: Badam paste (almonds paste) 2 tbs
7: Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
8: Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
9: Hari mirch paste (Green chili paste) 2 tbs
10: Chicken 500 gms
11: Oil ¼ Cup
12: Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
13: Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1-2
14: Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
15: Laung (Cloves) 7-8
16: Kali mirch (Black pepper corns) 8-10
17: Badi elachi (Black cardamom) 2
18: Hari elaichi (Cardamom) 4-5
19: Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
20: Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
21: Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
22: Hari mirch (Green chilies) halved 2-3
23: Adrak (Ginger) Julienne cut 1-2 tbs
24: Anday (Egg) Boiled 3-4
25: Chawal (Rice) Boiled 2 Cups (soaked 1 hour & boiled with whole spices & salt)
26: Kewra essence ½ tsp
