The sunrise at the railway station and beautiful nature around me, พระอาทิตย์ขึ้นที่สถานีรถไฟ

How refreshing to be greeted by a beautiful sunrise early at the railway station! Nature has a way of comforting a dreary and sleepy soul unexpectedly.

I hardly noticed the slow walk of the wonderful sun as my body was aching from the rough train journey. The train arrived too early as the tracks have been gradually upgraded this year. My sleepy brain and inactive mind were wondering how to manage the assimilation of a sudden change of reality. Yesterday I was still running around in the busy and noisy capital, Bangkok. Suddenly I found myself in sparse rural surrounding with lots of space and emptiness.

The gentle sun started his rise gracefully and gently across the sky to attract my attention. The way he started to exhale his powerful energy was incredibly humbled and very beautiful. He gradually showed his inner strength in all its glory with pale yellow light which accumulated in frequency and intensity. I just could not take my eyes off his quiet entrance into the sky. After almost ten minutes, the round sun rose above the tree line to spread its energy to raise the world from dreary slumber. The compassionate sun sent me a message of strength and inspiration of ever changing flows of energies and movements.

I only have to be still and quiet while watching how the surrounding nature is trying to nurture and heal the broken and injured spirits of yesterday. Just observe and breathe without any judgement; being able to let go and flip to a new page is really a new day!

These hard working ladies from across the border were busy repacking all the merchandise they bought from Bobae market in Bangkok. Life has become quite difficult for those working people as the authority there has continue its very high import taxes for clothing and fashion goods. So, these traders traveling weekly to buy merchandise in Bangkok to be sold to big shops’ vendors for some profits could hardly make any extra income nowadays. Small people are going to find it much more difficult not to be lured into darker side of earning a living. But these few ladies still tried their utmost to work hard for their families. I hope they will get all the energy they need for survival.

รถไฟวิ่งเร็วมากเพราะรางรถไฟส่วนใหญ่ ได้ถูกเปลี่ยนใหม่เกือบหมดแล้ว และรถไฟทางคู่ขนานก็สร้างเกือบเสร็จแล้ว ชีวิตของนักเดินทางจะเปลี่ยนไปในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้ เรามาถึงสถานีเร็วเกินคาด เรานอนไม่พอและร่างกายยังอ่อนล้าตั้งแต่หลายวันที่ผ่านมา อารมณ์และพลังค่อนข้างอ่อนแรง ต้องค่อยๆปรับตัวกับสภาพความเป็นจริงใหม่ สักพักพระอาทิตย์เริ่มทอแสงอ่อนๆ เหมือนพระอาทิตย์ตก เราหันไปมองตามแสงสีเหลืองลางๆ รอดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นอย่างจริงจัง

เราเฝ้าดูพระอาทิตย์ว่าจะใช้เวลานานเท่าไร กว่าจะขึ้นมาพ้นยอดไม้และขึ้นมาเต็มดวง ตอนแรกเราไม่เห็นความแตกต่างระหว่างพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น และพระอาทิตย์ตก เรารอเกือบสิบนาทีจนพระอาทิตย์โผล่พ้นยอดไม้ นี่เป็นอะไรที่วิเศษมาก ความเนิบช้าของพระอาทิตย์ที่ค่อยๆเดินทาง ส่องแสงสว่างให้กับทุกสรรพสิ่งบนโลก เหมือนเป็นการกล่อมให้เราตื่นจากความเศร้าหมองและความเหนื่อยล้าจากการเดินทาง แสงและคลื่นของพระอาทิตย์ทำให้เกิดพลังขึ้นมาอย่างประหลาด มันทำให้เราทิ้งความรู้สึกของวันวานที่เป็นอดีตไปแล้ว กลับมาอยู่ในปัจจุบัน อยู่กับแสงอาทิตย์และท้องฟ้าที่สดใสของวันนี้ เพียงแค่อยู่นิ่งๆ และหายใจเบาๆ มองดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นในปัจจุบัน ทุกอย่างก็จะสดใส และเราจะมีพลังใหม่เข้ามาเติมเต็มส่วนที่ขาดหายไปนั่นเอง
