Street art and stray cats; งานศิลป์กับแมวเร่ร่อน
Several days ago I went out for a walk along New Road in Bangrak district of Bangkok. This was a very old area of the city where old houses built during the hay day of Siam could be seen. But that day I went to an alley leading to a small pier by an old temple. It was late afternoon, so there were several stray cats along this alley. It seemed some local people have been feeding stray cats here everyday. This gave me a very good opportunity to take photos of these cats on front of the art work along the wall.
หลายวันก่อนเราไปเดินเล่นที่ถนนเจริญกรุงในเขตบางรัก แถวนั้นเป็นแหล่งเก่าแก่ของสยามในสมัยก่อน แถวนั้นยังคงมีบ้านเรือนเก่าแก่อายุมากกว่าร้อยปี แต่เราไปเดินตามซอยเล็กๆที่สุดซอยเป็นท่าน้ำที่อยู่ติดริมวัด ตอนนั้นเป็นเวลาบ่ายค่อนไปทางตอนเย็นแล้ว เราเห็นแมวเร่ร่อนออกมาเดินริมซอยหลายตัว ชาวบ้านแถวนั้นคงมาเลี้ยงแมวตามริมทางเดิน แมวดูท่าทางอิ่มกันทุกตัว และมีความสุขกับการชมภาพวาดตามกำแพงไปด้วย แมวที่นั่นหัวสูงและมีรสนิยมทางศิลปะด้วย
