Butterfly day and Insect day: butterfly in my garden, ผีเสื้อในสวนและตั๊กแตนสีเขียว
This is my first entry for #butterflyday and #insectpub created by @whatisnew. Although there are many small butterflies in my garden lately, they are too fast for my iPhone to capture them properly.
This month, most of the flowers are in bloom making the air very sweet in the morning and evening. It has been incredible walking around these plants while watering them in the evening. I took a few photos of a butterfly hovering quite low above these pink flowers. This butterfly refused to stay still even for a few seconds. Some day I would be able to give myself a nice camera so I could take macro and zoom photos!
เราอยากถ่ายรูปปีเสื้อสวยๆ เหมือนคนอื่นบ้าง แต่คงจะยากเพราะเจ้าไอโฟนของเราช้าเกินไป เดือนนี้ดอกไม้บานไปทั่ว ทำให้มีกลิ่นหอมเย็นๆของดอกโมกข์ และดอกแก้วไปทั่วสวนในตอนเช้า. พอตกเย็นกลิ่นดอกกระดังงาแบะดอกบุหงาสาหรีก็โชยไปตามทางเดิน ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นมาก. ตอนสายๆจะมีผีเสื้อตัวเล็กมาเกาะดอกไม้เพื่อกินน้ำหวานหลายสิบตัว แต่มันอยู่ไกลเกินกว่าที่เราจะเก็บรูปทัน. วันก่อนโชคดีเราเจอผีเสื้อบินต่ำมาก และกำลังกินนํ้าหวานอยู่ แต่มันกระพือปีกไม่หยุดเลย ภาพก็เลยออกมาเบลอไปหน่อย
One morning I found this cute green grasshopper on the table. He was so still bug his eyes were big! I noticed that one of his back legs is missing. I hope that my cats were not responsible for this. This guy was very beautiful and he also reacted towards my presence.
First he starred at me then he closed his eyes as if he was in pain. So I left him to rest there without disturbing him further. I called my cats to come upstairs with me so that he wouldn’t be disturbed by my cats. These cats are good at catching night insects, small lizards including small snakes. I rescued two small snakes from my cats so far but they protected my sleeping gardener from a two meters long snake last week!
อาทิตย์ก่อนเราเจอตั๊กแตนสีเขียวสด ยืนนิ่งอยู่ที่ตระกร้า เราสังเกตเห็นขาหลังมันหายไปข้างหนึ่ง เราก็หวังว่าคงไม่ใช่เพราะแมวของเรา เจ้าตั๊กแตนตัวนี้มองหน้าเราด้วย ตาของมันโตมาก เราถ่ายรูปมันไว้ดูเล่น สักพักมันหลับตาลงเหมือนต้องการนอนพักผ่อน เราก็ปล่อยให้มันอยู่อย่างสงบ เราก็เรียกแมวมห้ตามเราขึ้นบ้านด้วย. แต่แมวก็มีดีเหมือนกัน มันไล่ล่าลูกงูใก้เราเห็นสองครั้งแล้ว เราต้องช่วยงูที่บาดเจ็บเพื่อโยนไปในป่าข้างบ้าน. เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้วคนสวนนอนกลับสนิท แมวไล่ขู่งูยาวสองเมตรออกจากบ้านไปที่สนามหญ้าหน้าบ้าน ทำให้คนสวนตกใจตื่น โชคดีที่งูไม่มีโอกาสเข้ามากา อาหารหรือหลบนอนตามซอกตู้ในบ้าน คนสวนเรากลัวงูสุดๆ แม้แต่ลูกงูยาวเมตรหนึ่งก็ยังต้องวิ่งหนีไปตั้งหลัก เรานี่แปลกใจมาก เราคิดว่าคนอีสานจะไม่กลัวงูเสียอีก. เขาก็เลยแปลกใจที่เราไม่กลัวงูเลย เพราะเราคิดว่าพูดคุยกันดีๆก็น่าจะเข้าใจกันได้ ว่าต่างคนต่างอยู่นั้นดีที่สุด

That is a beautiful butterfly and I never saw it before so extra special thanks for educating me a little. I have been feeling so much emotion for you and your pain over losing the cats ... I was only able to send you cosmic vibrations to help you heal as it was too emotional for me to write to you, hence you didn't hear much from me this past week.
and I know myself after eight months of losing my dear cat I am still suffering the pain of this separation . I have never grieved so long for a human. I am thankful if you are feeling already a little better. Its difficult to hear also the sorrow of the two orange cats for the others gone. we must find you some new white cats , not because they replace our lost loves, but they bring new happiness and laughter to the home as cats do so very well..Sending blessings light and love to you my friend.

The past two weeks were very bad as I felt a piece of myself was missing. I was walking around as if my feet were floating about. I actually saw Snow’s spirit twice. The first time I saw part of his body and his white tail passing by very fast. Then, one evening I saw him sitting comfortably on the floor in the kitchen; his body was transparent with pale silver colour. He wanted me to see that he’s alright.
Yes, I never felt so bad like this before; it’s much worse than losing one’s relative. The two orange cats felt sad for two weeks too! They looked so lonely. But they are beginning to become stronger.
I don’t know where I will find the right cats that will fit in with these two orange cats. I will wait and see what will turn up one day.
I have started to feel much better since last week. This must be your healing vibes as I feel that it’s going to be alright for everyone all of a sudden.
The separation was unexpected, that’s why the pain was very deep. I told him not to worry about me and the two cats so that he could continue on his journey. I had a premonition that he was leaving me two weeks earlier! That’s why I took lots of his photos! Only I could have changed his fate!! Life would be much different! But things happen for a purpose!
Sometimes it’s just split second between life and death. And I let that chance slipped through my fingers. Perhaps it’s karmic somehow.
Well! Others have suffered much more than me. I didn’t endure all that much comparing with what you had to go through.
I am very grateful to your kind concern and sympathy. This has made a huge difference to my recovery!

Wonderful photos. Smartphones are pretty good and what matters is the person behind the camera. You did fantastic photos. The grasshopper is lucky you saw it first. Cats are great hunters and mine caught one grasshopper recently. Sadly I could not rescue it. The cat was faster than me.
Thank you very much for your comment! The iPhone is getting old but it likes strong day light. I am afraid my cats might have done something to the grasshopper’s legs! I felt so sorry for him. I do hope he’ll survive the ordeal.

Thank you very much for your comment! Oh! I had to hold my breath while taking these photos! The butterfly just would not stop flipping its wings! Luckily it was on the low bushes, most butterflies flew much higher.
Possibly he was there just for you to show me something I have never seen.
