My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2022

Finally we started cycling again. Yesterday, in a really nice weather we did a combination of mountain biking, road & offroad cycling about 20km loop route from our flat through the beautiful jungles n hills here in South of Mazandaran provience.

Unfortunately we couldn't pair our Fitbit device before starting to ride because of their website maintenance and our phone had to count our ride so It isn't accurate but we didn't get mad & just leave the techy part n bike with a free mind

She became very comfortable n thankfull and then we left her

We passed so many fabulous areas n views

It was a good test of our physical & mindful preparation for the next steps
