本日紹介するのは日本のビールである「YEBISU with ジョエル ロブション 格別の乾杯」です。

この商品はエビスビールとフレンチの巨匠ジョエルロブションがコラボした特別なエビスになっています。

フランス・シャンパーニュ地方の麦芽を使用し、華やかな香りとフルーティさが売りの二つのホップ、「ソーヴィン・ブラン」と「ハラタウブラン」を組み合わせることでしっかりとした味わいながらもどこか上品な香りが感じられます。

エビスとジョエルロブションのコラボは今年で6年目。パッケージにはジョエルロブションを象徴するような赤と黒の色彩が目立ちます。

ポップが効いているため、IPAにも近いような味わいにも私には感じられました。
飲み口の小さなシャンパングラスで飲みたくなるようなそんな一杯でした。
エビスバーでは樽生でこれが飲めるようです！

Today's beer
What I will introduce today is Japanese beer "YEBISU with Joel Robuchon's special toast".

This product is a special Yebisu collaboration between Ebisu beer and French master Major Joel Robuchon.

Using Malt in the Champagne region of France, a combination of two hops, "Sauvin blanc" and "Harataau blanc" which is gorgeous aroma and fruity sells but it feels firm but it feels somewhat elegant scent I will.

Collaboration between Ebisu and Joel Robuchon is the sixth year of this year. The red and black colors that symbolize Joel Robushon are conspicuous in the package.

Because pop is working, I felt the taste similar to IPA as well.
It was such a cup that I wanted to drink with a small champagne glass with a drinking mouth.
In Yebisu bar it is like a barrel drink so this can be drunk!
