Salty crepe paste
Ingredients for

people:
Flour: 250 g
Milk: 0.5 l
Eggs: 3
C. Oil Soup: 1
Salt: 0.5 tsp. Coffee
Water: 1 or 2 tbsp. soup

Preparation steps
1 Pour the flour into a bowl, and form a well in the center. Break the 3 eggs and pour in the oil and salt. Mix gently in the center with a spatula, gradually incorporating the flour on the sides, until a homogeneous thick paste is obtained.
2 Pour the milk gradually onto this preparation, and mix to obtain a smooth paste. Cover the salad bowl with a cloth and leave to rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3 Butter a non-stick frying pan and place on a high heat. When it is hot, add a ladle of crepe dough and spread over the entire surface by moving the pan. When the edges begin to detach from the pan, place a spatula under the crepe and turn it over. Leave to cook for 2 to 3 minutes then reserve between 2 plates. Repeat until the dough is depleted.
