Picture Stories #96 - Interesting Decorative Item 🐢
I came across this lovely work of art in a shop, and I immediately knew I had to take a picture for keepsake. If it had been my earlier self, I would have even purchased this item. But after realizing that I was cluttering my house with unneeded stuff, I have started refraining from making unnecessary purchases. Coming to this beautiful piece, I always find it fascinating to see such creativity around us. There are some many local artisans that are not exposed to the outside world; they may be rarely noticed or recognized and their work might often go unnoticed, but nonetheless one cannot deny that it requires a lot of talent to create something amazing like this:
I enjoyed this decorative item more specially because green is one of my favorite colors, and who doesn't fall for the charm of turtles.
Do you buy such decorative pieces often?

I have also stopped buying such artefacts for the same reason that lot of them are just lying in a corner unnoticed in my house . 😆

Turtles! My family loved collecting various artifacts/arts too as part of our house decoration. But you're right, sometimes they just sit there for display, collecting dust.
